Luke Floyd is an enterprise sales professional, veteran, and wannabe banjo player who lives by the values of integrity, respect, and tenacity. With a strong foundation in sales, Luke has consistently exceeded quotas, earned multiple promotions, and generated over $20 million in revenue throughout his career. He is currently an enterprise account executive at Deel.
Luke earned his Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Georgia State University, where his debate career flourished, qualifying for prestigious national tournaments including the National Parliamentary Tournament of Excellence (NPTE) and the National Debate Tournament (NDT).
In his military career, Luke served as a Combat Engineer, completing service as a non-comissioned officer. His exemplary service in Iraq earned him the Army Commendation Medal for clearing over 10,000 kilometers of routes, while his leadership capabilities were recognized with the Distinguished Leadership Award and the Army Achievement Medal. Luke led his squad to historic accomplishments, including the top squad performance in Engineer Qualification Tables and the successful qualification of six gun crews through live fire exercises.
Transitioning to the sales arena, Luke has exceeded quotas in 8 out of 9 years, secured 6 promotions, and generated over $15 million in total revenue. Currently serving as an enterprise account executive at Deel, he continues to leverage his skills and dedication to drive success in the business world.
Beyond his professional life, Luke is passionate about his wife and the outdoors—hiking, fishing, and camping are among his favorite activities. He is also deeply involved in the world of music, both playing and building banjos.
