Build Your Own System

To achieve your highest performance, you need to build your own personal operating system.
While I can give you templates and techniques, the purpose of this program is to co-create your OWN system, designed for your core ideas.

Clarity and Alignment

Clarity is they key to superpower-levels of performance. Without it, you’re walking a path in the dark with no light. Alignment comes from gaining clarity and taking requisite action.

This program delivers both.

IGST

Intention statement for daily practice
Goals to achieve your dreams
Strategies in alignment with your highest self
Tactics that are repeatable and affirming.

Supporting Resources

My book IGST contained over 30 sources, many of which we explore in this program.

A workbook is provided for guided exercises and reflections.

Curriculum for the IGST Program:

WEEK 0 – Onboarding

  • Intake assessment

  • Coaching agreement

  • Workspace/workbook setup

  • Client writes initial context: goals, constraints, season of life
